Role of the Platform and Operator
Within the legal framework of TELSIS, it is important to distinguish the status of the developer, the operator, and the participants in a specific transaction. The platform ensures the operation of the digital infrastructure and does not act as a seller of goods.
TELSIS Is Neither a Seller nor a Supplier
The TELSIS Platform does not act as a seller, supplier, or owner of the goods presented in the catalog. We provide exclusively digital infrastructure for conducting international trade in Russia.
Control and Checks
Internal Control of Suppliers and Transactions
To ensure the stable and secure operation of the platform, we apply internal control procedures. They are aimed at verifying the legal status of participants and maintaining overall transparency of supply chains.
At the same time, TELSIS is not responsible for suppliers having special licenses, distribution agreements, or rights to sell specific categories of goods — such matters must be checked separately.

Counterparty Verification (KYC)
As part of internal control procedures, we conduct KYC verification of all Platform suppliers regarding their legal status and official registration.

Limitation of Liability for Licenses
At the same time, the Platform is not responsible for suppliers having the necessary licenses, distribution agreements, or rights to sell specific categories of goods.

Sanctions Compliance and Export Control
Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable export and import legislation. The TELSIS Platform provides infrastructure for lawful trade and is not intended to circumvent international or local trade restrictions.

Checking HS Codes and Specifications
The parties to the transaction must independently check HS Codes and product specifications for sanctions restrictions or dual-use goods status before entering into a contract.
Rights Protection, Transparency, and Dispute Resolution
The legal sustainability of the platform is based not only on operating rules, but also on respect for intellectual property, transaction transparency, and a clear mechanism for interaction between the parties in disputed situations.
Rights Holder Protection
We respect intellectual property rights. Any complaints from rights holders related to the unlawful placement of goods or brands in the catalog may be sent by email to abuse@tel-sis.com.
Review of Requests
All requests are reviewed as quickly as possible in order to take appropriate measures, up to and including blocking disputed items or restricting access to product cards.
Transaction Transparency and Disputes
The parties to each specific transaction are determined at the order formation stage. Subsequently, the delivery and payment process is carried out strictly in accordance with the concluded contract.
The TELSIS Platform ensures full information transparency
at every stage of the transaction and may act as an independent regulator
(arbiter) when resolving possible disputes between the buyer
and the supplier.
